We have many a celebration in store for our most devoted servants and neighbors of the great High Houses of Ishgard. Highborn and lowborn alike are warmly welcomed to this occasion!Forget what you might have been told! This is not your average party or feast. In fact, this is a renaissance in the fine art of jubilee! Yet, even with the fortitude and resources at our disposal, no such celebration would be so tremendous without your acceptance of this invitation.Our faire market overpours with bards, artists, and crafters of foods and wares.Even the Last Vigil opens its landing to a variety of entertainment: gamba, glams, and light-hearted combat! Each high house expects your cheers to encourage our fine knights! Which High House will win this year?If music beyond the making of our finest bards is yet enough to please thine ears, do consider turning your eyes upward towards the terrace of the Vault. From that high post, a series of performers have worked to electrify the night with their sets.We cannot wait to see you at this year's faire. The market is full of various Lalafellan establishments including crafters, artists, and bards! If glams, gambling, or combat are more your speed, do enjoy the alley below. We even have a photographer ready to capture you and your friends at the faire!
Market Street Rules:
For smalls and talls alike! RP, AFK, enjoy food and music with friends, or play games.
Glam out in your best Renaissance Faire inspired outfit. (Not required to attend, but isn't a theme so very fun?)
Be respectful of all participants!
Trades requiring gil, RP/fake gil, or other materials are up to the discretion of the vendors.
Parade Info:
The parade will begin at 1:30 p.m. PST and is hosted by the one and only Anklebiters!
Attendees will start at the Ishgard (Foundation) Aetheryte, and the parade will end at Saint Reymanaud's Cathedral where participants will seize the castle!
Once the siege is over, everyone will follow the steps up to the Hoplon and join the market faire.
The glams theme is Renaissance Faire (pirates, fairies, Middle Ages peasantry, nobles, Vikings, goblins, and any other fantasy costumes you might wear at a faire).
The Midwinter Popoto Faire is honored to have three Lalafell performers for the steps above the market!
